Description

Reservations open October 15, 2021 and will be accepted through March 1, 2022 or when space is full. No applications will be accepted at the show. Prior vendors will have priority but are encouraged to make reservations early to assure a space. Submission of the application and payment of fees assumes agreement with the information set forth in the vendor guidelines.   • Each vendor space will include one 8ft table & two chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for an additional fee. Tables are not skirted.
  • Vendors may be asked to supply a merchandise donation for an on site fundraiser.
  • All vendors must provide proof of General Liability Insurance, “Event Insurance” as described in the information page.
  • All vendors shall be responsible for collection, reporting, and payment of Utah State Sales Tax.
  • CCA 2022 Show Committee reserves any and all rights to the exclusive use of the 2022 show logo. No vendor shall be permitted to offer for sale any item of merchandise which uses the Collie Club of America 2022 National Specialty show logo, or the Collie Club of America logo, without authorization from the Host Show Chair.
  • Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their merchandise and will not hold the CCA, expo center or City of Sandy responsible for any losses.
  • If using electricity, vendors are responsible for bringing their own grounded extension cords and means to secure them.
  • Setup will be allowed starting Tuesday March 29 at 6:00 AM.
  • Loading cannot begin prior to the end of ALL judging on Saturday April 2, 2022.
  • Building must be totally vacated by midnight Sunday April 3, 2022.
  • If required by state or county guidance due to the COVID 19 pandemic, physical distancing between booth spaces will be provided.
  • Electricity for either Non CCA members or CCA members will be an additional $55.00 for the week and MUST be reserved in advance.
  • Internet access for either Non CCA members or CCA members will be an additional $60.00 per day and is paid directly to the Expo Center via their internet link.

Cancellations:

  • Reservations may be canceled any time prior to March 1, 2022 to receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made after March 1, 2022.
  • If the 2022 National is canceled due to the COVID 19 pandemic, vendor reservation payments will be refunded in full.
